Successful showings are one of the most important tools for selling your home. I accommodate every private showing personally when possible, or the showing will be covered by one of my fellow real estate nerds at Oakwyn Realty. No showing will be turned away.

Frequent and successful open houses are another important tool for selling your home. Again, I hold every open house personally when possible, especially the initial launch of your listing, and again if required, one of my fellow nerds at Oakwyn are always eager to help out.

 Communication & Follow Up 

Communication is key. That's why I follow up extensively with realtor showings and open house guests. Their feedback will be shared with you during our regularly scheduled updates and communications.

 Offers & Negotiations 


All offers are presented to you promptly and without delay. 

I am an experienced negotiator whose entire negotiation efforts are with your very best interests in mind. From receiving and reviewing the initial offer to final Subject Removal, Receipt of Deposit, and a firm deal, I am there to streamline the selling process and provide you with sound and unbiased advice based on 16+ years of Real Estate experience in the Vancouver housing market.

 Subject Removal, Deposit & Paperwork 

Receiving Subject Removal and proof of Deposit are the final steps to a Firm and Binding Contract of Purchase and Sale. There is a great deal of paper work required to list, sell, and convey a property in British Columbia. It is part of my fiduciary duty to ensure all documents and funds are complete, received, and fully executed. It is my obligation to ensure a legal and binding Contract of Purchase and Sale is in place on your home.

 Completion 

It is important to have a good Lawyer or Notary on your side to perform the transfer of Title. Things seldom go wrong at this stage, but if they do, you want someone experienced.

 Possession & Key exchange 



I will take care of Buyer possession personally. Again, in the rare instance, I can not make it, one of my fellow Oakwynites will be there to do an amazing job. 

I will ensure there is smooth transfer of the property and keys to the new owner in accordance with the Contract of Purchase and Sale.
